Susanne!! What can I say about Susanne?? She has been of so much comfort with all of her knowledge and so understanding & compassionate toward my case (time & time again). She dedicates herself and always responds in a timely manner with the best expert advice. I feel as though I have a friend in her with all do respect. She has been very attentive with every conversation we have had. I've been using Susanne's services since 2006 and will continue to use her as needed.
